Shipping Policy

At Heel to Heart Spa Products, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Canadian Orders

Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD

Express Shipping: $20

US Orders

A minimum order of $150 USD is required for all US orders.

Shipping costs are calculated by Canada Post at checkout. No free shipping is available for US orders.

Processing Time

All of our products are handmade in small batches in Sackville, Nova Scotia. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.
