At Heel to Heart Spa Products, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Because our products are handmade in small batches and go directly on your skin, we are unable to accept returns on any opened products for hygiene reasons. All of our products are sealed with a tamper-evident tape, so we can verify whether a product has been opened.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at heeltoheart.ns@gmail.com

Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

We do not accept returns on opened products.

Damaged or Lost in Shipping If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
